Noto by
Dorothée Delaye
The interior design of Noto in Nice, conceived by Dorothée Delaye, pays homage to the sunny spirit of Sicily and Mediterranean elegance. Inspired by historic trattorias and southern mansions, the space blends deep ochre tones, warm terracotta, fine woods, handcrafted ceramics, and refined materials. With bespoke details, playful lighting, and ancient influences, each space has been designed as an immersive, warm, and sophisticated experience, where the Mediterranean art of living is expressed with character and refinement.
The timeless elegance of Italy
Welcome to the south of Italy, and more precisely, to the charming little town of Noto, a baroque and sensual Sicilian village whose poetic beauty can be felt in its rich palaces and sleepy squares. Orchards brimming with lemon, olive and almond trees surround this picturesque haven of Italian elegance; look a bit further still and you’ll find the pistachio trees of Bronte on the foothills of Mount Etna and the wild capers of the small island of Pantelleria. Let’s not forget the multi-faceted roots of the Sicilian table: the fusion of Greek, Latin and Arabic culinary cultures.
NOTO by night
Noto is also a lively Italian-style venue that has become a must-visit spot for nightlife. Every evening, the restaurant comes alive to the rhythm of live musicians and singers, in a warm and elegant atmosphere. With delicious burrata, fine Italian wines, and a friendly vibe, the experience lasts well into the night. After 10 p.m., the live music lineup cranks up the energy and transforms Noto into a true party spot in the heart of Nice.
