Noto celebrates Italy and the seasons with a convivial, sharing-style cuisine that plays on simplicity and timeless classics.
Young chef Emilio Giagnoni now leads the kitchen after honing his craft alongside Simone Zanoni at the George V. Through his menu, he pays tribute to his region and to Italian heritage: seafood carpaccio, vitello tonnato, saffron or sea bass risotto, linguine with bottarga, trofie al pesto, classic tiramisu, or mousse al limone… Each guest embarks on a journey from Venice to Palermo, with stops in Puglia and Naples to savor the very best of Italy.
